We want you to love your Conan Gray official merchandise; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
